At Vanta Wear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your little one to absolutely love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right with our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Return Policy

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. We recommend trying items on your child as soon as possible after delivery to ensure you have adequate time for returns if needed.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In new, unworn condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging when applicable
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

What Can Be Returned

Most items purchased from Vanta Wear can be returned, including:

  • Regular-priced merchandise
  • Sale items (store credit only)
  • Gift purchases (with gift receipt)

What Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Underwear and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear

Exchange Policy

Free Size Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes within 30 days of purchase. This is perfect when you’re unsure about sizing or your child is between sizes.

Color and Style Exchanges

You can exchange for a different color or style of equal or lesser value within 30 days. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, you’ll receive store credit for the difference.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns. The original item must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

How to Process Your Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Visit our Returns Center on our website
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Select the items you wish to return or exchange
  • Choose your reason for return (this helps us improve!)

Step 2: Print Your Return Label

  • You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
  • No need to pay for return shipping on most returns
  • Package your items securely in the original packaging when possible

Step 3: Ship Your Items

  • Attach the prepaid label to your package
  • Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  • Keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Exchange items are shipped out immediately upon processing

Refund Information

Payment Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Gift Cards: Immediately as store credit

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price (minus original shipping costs)
  • Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping is free for most returns

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@vantawear.com
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement at no cost to you

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • We’ll arrange immediate pickup and replacement
  • No cost to you for our mistake

Holiday Returns

During holiday seasons (November 1 – January 15):

  • Extended return period of 45 days
  • All other terms and conditions apply
  • Perfect for gift giving with confidence

Gift Returns

With Gift Receipt

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Or exchange for any item of equal or lesser value
  • Store credit for difference if exchanging for higher value item

Without Gift Receipt

  • Store credit for current selling price
  • Valid ID required for returns over $50
  • Exchange available for same or lesser value items

International Returns

Currently, we only ship within the United States. All return policies apply to domestic orders only.

Return Address

When using our prepaid return labels, items will automatically be addressed to our returns center. Do not send items to our corporate office.
